This is the 2nd Niger Bridge access road phase 2B (Anambra Section), running from Ogbunike through Umunya, Ogidi, and Obosi to connect with the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway and the Onitsha-Owerri interchange. Phase 2A is also under construction by CCECC, connecting Issele-Azagba, Okpanam, and Ibusa toward Summit Junction and the bridgehead linking Okpanam. This huge project is right under the Agulu grass cutter's nostril, but he will pretend not to see it. You can watch the entire video on Jonas' channel on YouTube.
