You are free to criticize Orthodoxy, but posting things that are untrue or misleading is a bad practice. If you want to teach the bad “Orthobros” a lesson, do so by being the opposite of what they supposedly are. Christians are called to be witnesses to the truth in the world.

Out of curiosity… what is your issue with orthodoxy? So far most of your criticisms exist in Catholicism. I’m not aware of any tradition orthodoxy has that cannot be found in any part of Catholicism.

I don’t so much have a problem with orthodoxy as I do with the online Ortho bros. There is a nonstop attack on the Catholic Church by them and almost on every criticism they have the same issues exist within orthodoxy if not worse. There needs to be a response and that is what I’m trying to provide. I do believe that the Catholic Church is the true church and I think there are certain teachings within eastern orthodoxy that are very dangerous (allowance for birth control, divorce and remarriage, etc.). But I think historically Catholics have been pretty friendly towards orthodoxy. But if the online orthodox approach is to spend all their time attacking Catholics at some point in time they have to expect a response.
