We eat meat because it is some of the most nutritious food a human being can eat. Because we recognize and accept the way we are designed by nature to nourish ourselves. And we are fully aware that there is more animal suffering tied to a sack of beans than a freezer full of beef

We've become too hung up on the fleeting pleasure of the tastebud. What about getting pleasure from good music, great art, or majestic natural scenery? Memorable things that enrich our lives, and cause no harm.
