Let me level you up a bit on this, the onions...fry them up let them cool and then put them in your mix, unlocks so much flavor in the meatloaf. Other than that, love the recipe

Oh yeah. Meatloaf baked with ketchup on top with mashed potatoes with the skins, green beans, and brown and serves was most Sundays. And almost certain, my dad and I would clean out the garage beforehand. I’d organize his Chilton guides and clean my BMX bike too. Simpler times.

Meatloaf are one of my favourite quick dinner a quick things to make. I approve. I make some really good meatloaf and I never made it the traditional way, I just did my own thing always. To me I find the traditional meatloaf was a bit too boring for me.
