Train to improve speed and mechanics

Umm, one is trying to tackle and the other is running away from the tackler… your saying they would run the same speed if using the same technique… all people are built differently.

That’s not what I was saying.

Safe! Polite! we started mascot car wash service.

The chaser was likely to be leaning forward because he intended to launch into a tackle when able.

He showed the exaggerated butt-kicking earlier as well, far before being in a position to tackle.

He’s leaning forward because he is trying to tackle him. It isn’t a sprint race.

Again, early in the video he is demonstrating similar exaggerated backside mechanics while he is not in a position to tackle.

A yank trying to explain mechanics in rugby… what a fucking knob 😂😂😂 Go back to talking about grown-ass men wearing massive pads and helmets and leave a real contact sport to the men Fucking clown 🤡

No, I’m discussing sprint mechanics, which can play a role in every run-based sport. Stop crying.

Yes, there are always contextual factors in a play like this. However, the one athlete demonstrates similar exaggerated butt-kicking even earlier in the video when he wasn’t in a position to tackle. This is just a cool play to examine different movement strategies.
