To God be the glory! Today, the people have spoken loud and clear, and I am deeply humbled by the overwhelming show of love, trust, and confidence reposed in me during the primaries. I sincerely thank every delegate, party faithful, supporter, youth, women group, leaders, and stakeholders across Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency II for standing firmly with me once again. This victory is not just mine; it belongs to all of us who believe in continuity, purposeful representation, and genuine service to the people. Your support has strengthened my resolve to continue delivering quality representation, people-oriented projects, empowerment programmes, educational support, medical outreach initiatives, and effective leadership that truly impacts lives. Together, we have proven that good work, loyalty, and consistency will always triumph. To everyone who worked tirelessly throughout this process, I say thank you. To my fellow aspirants and their supporters, I extend my respect and hand of unity. Now is the time to come together as one family for the greater progress of our party and our constituency. This victory is a renewed mandate to serve you better, louder, and stronger. I remain committed to the growth, development, and prosperity of Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency II. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for standing by me. The journey continues.

Our World Cup 2026 content programme is here. From now until July 23, the content we release on our podcast, articles and Patreon exclusive feed will be centred on the World Cup. As well as covering the history and heritage of the tournament, we've also explored themes of resistance, resilience and identity during this content programme. This is one of the most politically charged World Cup tournaments in history. Tragically, not everyone will be able to attend to support their nation. Some people may end up detained or worse. However, there is still a lot of joy to be found through this tournament, and diaspora communities will have a huge role to play in bringing that joy to the World Cup. We hope you enjoy the content we've created for this tournament. We kick things off today with our usual Monday podcast. Thank you to all the fantastic contributors who have taken part in this. The World Cup is just around the corner. Let's go 🏆

Marcus Freeman said, "You can't talk your way into winning a National Championship. You can't talk your way into being a Hall of Famer...You got to work and you got to constantly focus on improvement." You have to show up and do the work. Your work ethic is something that you can control. • It means competing. • It means committing. • It means showing up consistently. People see success, but they don't see the hard work and preparation it takes. 5 Steps to Improve Your Work Ethic and Focus: 1. Be Intentional About How Your Work - Show up every day with a clear purpose on what you will prepare and why. Think about the quality of your practice, the details, and reflect on where to focus most. This approach ensures your working towards improvement and growth. 2. Show up Committed Every Day - Don't just participate, show up, and commit. It means compete and choose to go above-and-beyond every day. Have a positive attitude and dedicate yourself to what you are doing. When you're focused, present, and engaged that is when growth starts to happen. 3. Be Consistent - You have to be consistent with your habits and work ethic. It means committing to the process of improving and putting in the time. Success doesn't happen overnight, it's the result of consistently showing up and doing the work day in and day out. 4. Prepare Mentally and Physically - This means think about your physical and mental state when you are practicing and when you will perform. Understand what environment allows you to perform your best. Use mindfulness to think about the connection between your mind and body. 5. Create a Plan for When Obstacles Arise - Don’t just imagine the great outcome, visualize what may stop you from reaching it. Prepare for the obstacles. Write them down and plan how you’ll overcome them. This keeps you prepared and resilient when challenges come your way. Takeaway: Talent can you get you into many rooms, but it's your work ethic, focus, and attitude that keep you there. - - - The video comes from Marcus Freeman's interview with Pivot Podcast. A great listen for all coaches, parents, teachers, and athletes out there! Follow me Coach AJ 🎯 Mental Fitness more posts on resilience, leadership, and mindset.

IMPORANT ANNOUNCMENT! ⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹ i want to make an official post after all the stuff that blew up and went down since yesterday and update everyone, first of all i want to thank each and every one of you that have sent me sweet messages of support, i see them all and i hear you! sadly there is SO many- i cant like and reply to them all, so please know im so grateful for you guys who have said something nice! i am also safe and have no bad thoughts currently, so please do not worry too much about me! regarding streaming and content creation, i really thought about the beginning of my passion for content creation. it started out as little ol me sitting on my ipad watching youtube for hours wanting to be just like my favorite youtubers. why didnt i start off on youtube? i saw streaming was a huge hit during the pandemic and started preparing myself on Twitch, following whatever was big at the time. after going through so much hardships with streaming, i have decided to go back to my original love for youtube and now i'll make pre-recorded content as well as shorts on other platforms. i may stream for fun occasionally but i am totally changing it up for 2026! i hope everyone can support my decision and its easier for everyone to consume my content on their own time rather than scheduled streams. and again, thank you for 13K+ followers and all the love- it truly makes my heart warm inside. you guys are all stuck with this crazy snow leopard forever, i dont make the rules! /ᐠ˵- ⩊ -˵マ TLDR : thanking everyone for being kind and i am now moving from streaming to making pre-recorded content for easier viewing and better schedule ♡

The Whistle Tactic by Delhi Police You may have seen recent protest videos at Jantar Mantar with the continuous sound of whistles. This is a new tactic adopted by Delhi Police against the protesters. Let's break down the psychology behind continuous whistling: 1. It disrupts communication The loud whistles make it difficult for protesters to hear speakers, volunteers and each other. 2. It breaks the rhythm of the protest Slogans, speeches and coordinated responses become difficult when the crowd cannot hear clearly. 3. It affects media interviews When a protester speaks to a journalist, continuous whistling can make the audio difficult to understand. The video is recorded, but the message can get lost. 4. It creates irritation and fatigue A continuous high-pitched sound can cause stress, frustration and mental fatigue. Some people may eventually leave simply because they cannot tolerate the noise. 5. It creates confusion When people cannot hear instructions, coordination becomes harder. A large, organized crowd can gradually become a collection of smaller, disconnected groups. 6. It creates psychological pressure Constant whistles reinforce the feeling that the police control the environment. This can make protesters feel intimidated even without direct physical intervention. Let us come up with ideas about how to counter this tactic of Delhi Police.

LEIA IS HOME! Simon and I were settling in for a long night. No way I’d sleep with Leia missing. Suddenly at 11:31pm, the doorbell goes, I look to Simon and ran to the door (and I’m not allowed to run because of my disability), knowing it would have to be news about Leia and there she was! The neighbour down the road was about to go to bed but her cats kept growling at something outside so she opened the curtain and there Leia was. She recognised her from our whatsapp messages and the flyer, grabbed a carrier and managed to lure her inside with treats. She knew this return could not wait until the morning. You can hear me sobbing when I see it is my Leia. Thank you all for your messages. It has been a flipping awful day yet filled with so much love and support.

You can hear me sobbing when I see it is my Leia. Thank you all for your messages. It has been a flipping awful day yet filled with so much love and support.

There’s two kinds of traders. The one that is able to walk away and the one that revenge trades. Overtrading kills more accounts than anything else. I used to be this way, getting angry that price wasn’t going my way and pushing the button again and again until I blew up all my accounts. It takes a lot of inner work, but believe me it’s worth it to work on not just your strategy and executions, but your mental game as well. Being able to walk away from the screen before it’s too late is a real skill set to work on. Don’t be the guy that revenge trades. Strategies that worked for me: 1. Writing down my game plan at the start of the morning. As long as I followed my plan, it’s a win. 2. Having pictures of family on my trading desk. Trading for others and not just yourself is important, it keeps you grounded. 3. Having alarms go off on my phone at the end of the session to bring me back to reality and remind me to walk away.
