This is a form of GENERALIZED VERRUCOSIS -caused by uncontrolled activities of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), usually in severely immunocompromised states( very low CD4 count) -it occurs as a progressive addition of warty growth on the skin, usually starts on the extremities (head, face, hands, feet) and May take many years to spread to the whole body if untreated. It is a skin condition that needs extensive (plastic) surgical intervention. Treatment involves “peeling off” the warty scaly growths — like you would peel off the scaly back of a pineapple, and then covering it with healthy skin grafts at all stages. He has said it all. He needs money for his treatment. This is some of the things our government should take up. This is a rare disease. He need multi-staged surgery to remove the extensive warts on this skin. He also needs extensive skin grafting during each stage of the surgery. Above all, he might need more and more of surgeries later in life—even years after the lesion has been removed(it can grow back again and again)

So, people are not tagging their Daddy GOs that are busy always collecting tithe and selling miracle oil, water or handkerchief. Well, My brother got and see a Dermatologist and Endocrinologist for possible Chemotherapy and follow up.

that is a cutaneous type of neurofibromatosis type 1. An autosomal dominant disorder arising from the connective tissues of the nerve sheath. It can be really painful. Dermatologist may not help him much because Treatment is complex but non specific.
