I really, really like how that one guy took off running when he aimed that crossbow at him. That's such an incredible improvement over the usual, when they just stand there until you hit them with it. Two thumbs up for that awesome improvement!

Whoever did the cocking animation gets my full admiration and should be granted a raise and an extended leave.
