The Election Management System, or EMS, which is the central software and hardware used to manage, tabulate, and report votes, was breached during the Arizona 2020 election in Maricopa County. The voter registration server and SOS election system was breached with unauthorized access by unknowns and the IRGC. Definite proof was obtained that preservation integrity of the election records was NOT done and was suspect to computer fraud and abuse with evidence of non-citizens voting. The 2020 election was stolen.
