Lafda between Ajit Agarkar and Virat Kohli 🚨 As we all know, Rohit was about to get removed from the Indian team and Ajit Agarkar was very much keen on it. He was one of the major voices raising the issue that Rohit wasn't fit enough to play ODI cricket. When this news leaked into the dressing room, Rohit felt very much disheartened. Kohli got to know about it and had a face to face conversation with Ajit Agarkar. He even told him after the South Africa series that Rohit still had the potential to play well in the 2027 World Cup. And if Rohit doesn't play, “I would also like to remove my name.” This is where everything changed. The whole management wanted Kohli, as the senior, especially after his tremendous form in the IPL. Looking at this, the management had to keep Rohit in the squad. But Ajit Agarkar was still ready to remove Kohli from the team just to get Rohit out. As a result, major authorities have decided to end Ajit Agarkar's term next month and Ajit Agarkar has accepted it gracefully, as he doesn't want to be part of a system that can cross its values just to keep an unfit man in the team. Anyone saying Giannis started it with Halliburton’s dad needs to take a look at this footage. I get that Halliburton’s dad shakes hands with all the players but this was not shaking hands, it was antagonizing a player which is super lame and disrespectful. Pretty bad look tbh. This is why you don’t let anyone on the court that isn’t affiliated with the league after games.

In the last game against HK Mogo, one of the opponents called me 'Chi*k' and said, 'fu*k you, Chinese monkey.' Whether he understood the meaning of the term or not, this was clearly a racist act targeting me and the Asian community. After the game, I even attempted to shake his hand and asked, 'Did you mean it, or was it an accident?' However, he refused to shake my hand and walked away without acknowledging me, even though he shook hands with everyone else. At the time of the incident, a linesman was positioned between us, and I believe he heard the derogatory comments. He may not have comprehended the meaning, but he certainly heard them. Ice hockey is a sport where over 90% of participants are of Caucasian descent. However, discrimination should never be tolerated under any circumstances. I hope the league and the team take this matter seriously and take the appropriate actions to address it. #optibethockeyleague #SayNoToRacism
