Zero monitoring only works if the liquidation engine reacts faster than an LST depeg. How is that threshold actually set?

depeg can happen in short time but not in a single block, once detected, the leverage will be cut to bring the health factor/LTV to a safe range, and the deleverage transactions will be sent through the fastest way (in extreme case frontrun)

When does the rewards season start? I'd like to pinpoint a specific date.
