It's been 7 days since my internet has been down,this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Everyday the so-called 'customer care specialists" feed you false promises while they close my complaint without my permission or any resolution.@Airtel_Presence

Well @airtelindia, please fix the customer service provided. it's kinda the worst i've been having lately and I thought getting #AirtelXstreamFiber or becoming an Airtel Black customer would improve the service but still not good! Hope things improve soon!
