A Banjara Girl from Telangana, Group1 aspirant, has made this video to bring attention to the injustices and violations against her community's reservation rights under the current Telangana CMO. She aims to raise awareness among Adivasis and tribal communities across India. Recently, the Telangana Govt conducted the #Group1 exam, in which STs have a 10% reservation. However, due to GO29, which contradicts the principles of reservation and violates fundamental constitutional rights, only 8.8% of aspirants from the ST community were shortlisted for the Group1 mains exam. The Banjara and Adivasi communities in Telangana are among the most marginalized and impoverished. Yet, while many ST and community leaders remain silent on this injustice, the younger generation of these communities is speaking out to restore fair reservation in the Group1 exam.
