Nova is pregnant… and her condition is heartbreaking. Her leg is severely infected and her hoof is almost completely gone. The damage is so deep that it may never regrow properly. Because she is carrying a baby, we have to be extremely careful with every treatment, every medicine, and every step of her care. But despite everything she has suffered… there is still hope and comfort in her eyes. She is so gentle, so loving, and finally safe under our care. Someone shared this heartbreaking video with us of a mother dog living at a railway station in Berhampur, Odisha, and since then, my heart has been unable to rest. 💔 She has lost her front legs and now moves by dragging herself forward with the help of her face and body. Every small movement looks unimaginably painful. Watching her struggle just to move from one place to another was something I could barely bear to see. But what shattered me even more was this despite all the unbearable pain and suffering, she is still wagging her tail, still greeting humans with love and affection, still trying to survive, and still taking care of her 4 little puppies like a devoted mother. Imagine the pain she must be carrying every single day. No treatment, no comfort, no safe shelter, yet she continues fighting for her babies with all the strength she has left. This evening after work, I visited Mbagathi Hospital to follow up on the Kenyan-Indian lady we rescued yesterday from the streets of Westlands. She was in pain when we found her, but I’m glad to report that she is now responding well to treatment, and we wish her a full and speedy recovery. Today I was joined by friends from the Indian community who had reached out to me after learning about her story. Together, we visited her and offered support. I continue to appeal to anyone willing to help this lady to come forward. Our hope is to find her a safe and supportive home once she is discharged from the hospital.

She is still so young, yet her body tells a story of long neglect and cruelty. One hoof is completely gone — infected and bleeding badly. Two have grown twisted in the wrong direction. One back leg is so thin and dried it looks like a fragile stick. Every step she took was agony. My heart is shattered knowing this baby was dragged into hard labour so early in life, forced to carry heavy loads, then discarded to suffer in pain for months. No help. No mercy. Just silence. We want to be honest. Faith’s condition is extremely serious. Long-term infection may have affected her internally; her blood samples have been sent to the laboratory, with concerns it may even involve her liver. Her damaged back leg shows no real chance of recovery. The road ahead is not promising — but we will still do everything possible. Let’s call her Grace. Our vet believes she is over 25. Years without proper hoof care have left her feet and limbs permanently deformed. The damage is irreversible, and even pain relief may not be enough to give her the comfort she deserves. And Grace is not an exception. Two desperate donkeys arrived just this afternoon. As always Kemi Badenoch has lied in this clip about her experiences at a Nigerian school and confirmed the fact that she is an affliction and a plague. Outside of that, now that she has publicly stated that she no longer 'identifies with Nigeria' she should have her Nigerian passport revoked, she should be declared 'persona non grata' by our Government and she should be banned from ever setting her foot in our shores again. Her obsession with destroying Nigeria and decimating the image of the Nigeeian people borders on the pathological and at this point I am constrained to question her sanity. She has done much damage to our nation and it is time for us to stop treating her with kid gloves, fight back, expose her for the lying, mendacious and vile creature that she is and put her in her place. It is most inappropriate to continue to take her lightly and ignore her constant attacks and misrepresentation of our peoole because, by her actions and words, she has wilfully and systematically held herself out as the enemy of the Nigerian people and will take every opportunity to destroy our aspirations and fortunes. We cannot continue to fold our arms and watch her denigrate and destroy us. RIP OUR SWEET BEAUTIFUL GIRL, Hollyanne 💔💔💔💔💔💔 7 years ago we rescued this beautiful young pony, Clondalkin, Dublin. She was in a field and could barely walk, her legs tired, exhausted and shattered, her frail body so skinny💔😡 She had been used on a sulky trap, far to young, legs still developing, so cruel 💔😡 We did everything for her, she had our specialist farrier Brian with her every few weeks. UCD Vets monitored her throughout her life while with us and our lovely vet John would always visit her too when at the farm. To say we loved, adored and treasured Hollyanne is an understatement. We knew the day would come when pain would take over and the hardest decision would have to be made. Sadly Hollyanne had severe navicular disease and arthritis and it was getting worst. When both navicular disease and arthritis progress together, it makes it a struggle to walk comfortably no matter what we did it wasn’t helping anymore. Hollyanne was losing her appetite and spirit due to chronic pain Letting her go was the kindest and loving decision, freeing her from suffering. Now the pain is in all our hearts, one of our MLHR family members is gone, we are broken hearted 💔💔💔 RUN FREE NOW HOLLYANNE, we will never ever let you out of our hearts and minds ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 💔💔❤️❤️

UCD Vets monitored her throughout her life while with us and our lovely vet John would always visit her too when at the farm. To say we loved, adored and treasured Hollyanne is an understatement. We knew the day would come when pain would take over and the hardest decision would have to be made. Sadly Hollyanne had severe navicular disease and arthritis and it was getting worst. When both navicular disease and arthritis progress together, it makes it a struggle to walk comfortably no matter what we did it wasn’t helping anymore. Hollyanne was losing her appetite and spirit due to chronic pain Letting her go was the kindest and loving decision, freeing her from suffering. In 2021, just a few months before her final examinations, she was involved in a fatal accident that left her immobile for over five years.
