First Christmas for me & kids since their dad died, so this family and their snapper made me smile (with some relief) ❤️

As a family where Christmas has always been just me, my mum, and my child, thanks for representing our family unit in this year’s ad ❤️ (but we always fail houseplants so poor Snapper wouldn’t ha stood a chance with us 😂)

Normally love your adverts, unfortunately not this year, music track really poor, confusing story line, cheap looking plant effects, really doesn’t hit like previous Christmas ads in terms of emotion, just wished the plant would have ate the dog! Hopefully better next year 🤞🏼

Our music is always carefully chosen to fit the ad, and this year, we chose something that brought joy, momentum and impact to the creative. It's an incredible gift from Andrea Bocelli and Decca to create a long form track with all the proceeds going to our BHF charity. ^Caitlin

This ad shows a mum and a grandma. We always attempt to show a broad representation of British life, single parent families make up nearly a quarter of families with dependent children in the UK and they aren’t often shown on TV.
