If you are lazy to use a broom and mop to clean a dirty floor, try using this tool.

This is Veronika, a 13-year-old brown Swiss cow from the Austrian countryside who has stunned scientists by becoming the first documented cow to use a multi-purpose tool. Experts say Veronika's back scratching may force us to rethink the intelligence of the species. Click the link in bio for more 🔗

An Austrian cow named Veronika is surprising scientists with her ability to deliberately use a tool — specifically, picking up a broom with her mouth to scratch her back. "Despite millennia of domestication for productivity, livestock have been almost entirely excluded from discussions of animal intelligence. Veronika's case challenges this neglect," researchers wrote in their study, which was published last month in Current Biology. "Perhaps the real absurdity lies not in imagining a tool-using cow, but in assuming such a thing could never exist." William Brangham has more. Horizons from PBS News, dives into the science, health, technology and environmental issues making headlines each week. Visit the PBS News website to watch this week's episode.

I hope every country is taking note of what’s happening in Canada right now. I am so embarrassed by how our government is handling the Trump situation. Using it as a tool to clamp down on more corrupt power and lie to the world about who they are.
