This woman lives in an HOA. The back of her yard backs up into an easement that is owned by the HOA. The trees back there are on the easement. She points out that there are fallen branches all over her neighbors yard because of the trees and there were many in her yard as well. So she and her children went and picked up all the branches and sticks in her yard and then she piled them up under the tree. She said since the tree is on the HOA easement, it’s their problem. She wants to know if she is the bad guy in all this. If it were me, I’d maintain my yard and put the branches and sticks out for the trash pickup. Do you think she is in the right and it’s the HOA’s problem? Or do you think she is wrong and is making a mountain out of a molehill and there are better hills to plant your flag on?

Josephine Ballon, the CEO of HateAid, was sanctioned by Secretary Marco Rubio. She recently attended the socialist conference in Spain (that I have been posting about… see comments), where she said that her work in the disinformation industrial complex is not about censorship or freedom of expression. She said it was about a culture war. If your goal is to usher in socialism, conservatives must be silenced because they are the most organized opposition to the cultural and political transformation required to achieve it. I keep saying this, but all of the chaos in the world is because Democracy Inc. (the progressive socialist “elites”) is trying to implement its radical agenda globally. This is also why they have been trying to destroy Trump for a decade (the essence of the grand conspiracy).

So the discourse around this Dave Ramsey clip is so mixed up that I’ve just decided to upload the whole thing. In the full context of the call, the caller makes it perfectly obvious that: 1. She has been with this man, whom she is now living with, for six years. 2. She is a nurse and can make her own money. 3. She has been out of school for two years, and in that time she has paid off $70,000 of the debt. In the course of the call, Dave never suggests that this man should have to pay for that debt. Indeed, he actively suggests that she leave him, which guarantees he will not pay for the debt. Dave also all but says that, because of her career choice, the caller will be able to pay for the debt on her own, even if she has to take extra hours. All Dave is saying—and this should have been obvious from the original clip—is that the two are not aligned on money and debt at all. It is also clear that Dave thinks the man is stringing her along, which he is. So they simply should not be married at all, because this is a fundamental failure in the relationship. I myself would add that, at this late stage in the relationship, if you do not trust a woman financially, you should simply not be with that woman. And that is perfectly fine. But what you do not do is drag her along for six years when she obviously wants to get married, and then put another two or three years of financial hoops in front of her so that maybe you will propose. It is a waste of everybody’s time.

This clip pisses me off for more than the mocking of the Queen, which is vile & unforgivable on its own-but #MeghanMarkle spreading the stereotype that all Americans are as uncouth & ignorant as she is and wouldn’t know that curtseying to the QUEEN is expected & a sign of respect to not the person, but the position was a huge miscalculation on her part. I’d wage a bet that most Americans know that you curtsy to a King or Queen and I think Markle knew that too. I think her fake incredulity that she was expected to curtsy to HMTLQ was performative & she thought it would be relatable. It was not. Then the overexaggerated re-enactment of her curtsy obviously hurt & offended her doofy husband but god forbid he stands up for his culture, tradition and grandmother. #HarryAndMeghan #MeghanIsTheProblem

I’ve had a lot of people say Candace will move to Russia soon. I don’t think so. Her visit didn’t go well. I watched many of the PR interviews they set up for her and they were disasters. I don’t know if it was a language barrier that made her come off as so stupid or if she didn’t want to really talk but she didn’t do well in any of them. She couldn’t even answer the questions they asked many times. One interviewer had to ask her twice many questions. She answered most every question with “family is important” for an hour. It was weird. The next interview (and I’ll post it again here) is a friend of Putin and I guess didn’t know she was Catholic. Because he basically said the Catholic Church was corrupt and satanists. They had become super liberal even so much so that they did same sex marriages. And that France and the opening of the Olympic Games proved it. You could see she was upset and instead of defending the Church as not liberal or corrupt, she went on a Bridgette and France is bad answer. I think one reason she did that is she knew this guy was Putins friend and popular in Russia. She couldn’t push back on him. She was clearly not comfortable the entire interview. 30 minutes in she cut the interview and said we need to close it here. Her interviews were a disaster, her security guy almost died (I’m still on the fence about the story on why he was sick) and Ukraine bombed close to the hotel and event. She can say all she wants Russia is amazing. She’s lying. I think she found out just how not amazing it is.

Another gem from NBC Olympics & Paralympics capturing Sunisa lee w/ positive self talk before her performance. This is what I tried to lip read: "Okay" "You got this" "Last one" "Last one for me" "This one is forever" She slightly smiles, as if a nod to herself that this is an irreplaceable moment in her life, to embrace it. All of it. Such an important clip. I can relate to this on so many levels as I've had similar mannerisms & self talk. I absolutely love that this was captured. The cameras, crowd, coaches, fans, teammates, judges, music, the cool air she blows on her hands perhaps to cool off anxiety that is forming... Only recently have we seen such a rise in the importance of mental health...mental performance. How we communicate with OURSELF. IT MATTERS. This is just my personal take here: She is preparing and reminding herself that "she has this", she's done this thousands of times before, that although this may be one of the most important moments in her career - the mechanics are all the same. Same routine as in practice, same structures, physics are identical. That this is it - if indeed the last one forever, that she CAN do this, that she HAS done this before, that she CAN give one more performance. Removing the distractions away, this is a reaffirmation of confidence, of routine, and at the every end? A bit of joy as this may be the LAST time she does this....ever. I have to say - that these (along with what we saw from Simone Biles ) moments of preparation right before they compete are my absolute favorites. This is a critical time, if the mind allows too much fear or doubt, or distraction in - that is thousands of a second or tenths in hesitation, misplacement, angle, inches....etc The mind is THE game changer across all elements of performance. This is just so so so good. Congratulations Sunisa lee YOU are a superstar. I hope that I'm wrong about "last one forever" because it's been incredible watching you ladies compete. Team USA INCREDIBLE!!! Paris 2024 The Olympic Games™ THIS IS FOREVER!!!!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is one of the few films that falls in the “science-fiction/romantic-comedy” genre & for the life of me, I can’t think of many other rom-coms that sort of cut across multiple genres like this film. This film is so original, it went all the way to the Oscars & won Best Original Screenplay. There just aren’t many stories out there like this one.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is one of the few films that falls in the “science-fiction/romantic-comedy” genre & for the life of me, I can’t think of many other rom-coms that sort of cut across multiple genres like this film. Remember how Blake Lively called It Ends With Us a “big beautiful summer movie”? I was the one that found the clip and at the time I was focused on her implicating Taylor Swift during that interview. But one thing that also stood out was the phrasing about what type of film it was. It was about DV not a summer rom-com. What she said was VERY bizarre and out of place. So we all just concluded it was more of her delusional and tone deaf press tour. However, I think it’s deeper than that. We made the connection that she thought this was her Barbieheimer moment with IEWU and Deadpool coming out at during the same time. How she kept cross promoting Deadpool, dressed in garish floral designer outfits, hawked her liquor and hair care, etc. Speculation is she wanted to be Barbie in place of Margot Robbie. Well, in a strange coincidence, Margot is starring in a movie called BIG BOLD BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY that comes out in May. It was announced early 2024 that Margot landed the lead role to this A-list film, produced by Sony. Am I tripping or……..🤔

Ok, so ... a black rapper named Erica Banks is at an airport in Colorado. She is running....cause she is late for her flight. And the door closes. She said she was racially profiled and that they closed the door on her and her friend....because.... yes .... you guessed it . .... because they are black. 🙄 Not sure what airport they are at in Colorado. But if it's Denver .. it is the most liberal airport i have ever been in. She wasn't being profiled .. she should have been on time. Bottom line is ... she expected special treatment because she is a rapper.
