The face, the face of an evil says it all. Reem al-Salem still refuses to acknowledge the overwhelming evidence of Hamas’s rape, sexual violence, and torture, against Israeli women on October 7. While victims continue to seek justice, she refuses to apologize or recognize their suffering. Denying or minimizing these atrocities is a profound betrayal of every survivor and every victim. History will remember who chose silence in the face of evil.

For too long, violence against women and girls has been considered a fact of life. That's not good enough - we will halve it in a decade. We are introducing a range of measures to bear down on rapists, sex offenders and abusers so that they have nowhere to hide.

Depictions of violence against women on football fields are never acceptable. Snickers must immediately remove this Betty White ad from all distribution channels. And all who laughed in any way at this ad must immediately enter humor reeducation camps.

From Badakhshan to Herat — Afghanistan is rising against Taliban tyranny. The Taliban regime has carried out mass detentions of women in Herat, abducting young women overnight and holding them in Taliban facilities. As families and local residents protested these unethical and brutal actions, Taliban forces opened fire on civilians, killing at least two people and injuring around 20 others. This is a heinous crime against the people of Afghanistan — a direct assault on human dignity, freedom, and the rights of women. The world must not stay silent while innocent Afghans are terrorized for demanding basic human rights. Afghans across every province, tribe, and generation must stand united against oppression and tyranny. The struggle for a free Afghanistan continues, and history will remember those who stood against injustice. One day we will hold everyone who partook in these crimes responsible

On Good Wednesday a sad news The forced marriage of a 17-year-old girl to a 63-year-old man in Afghanistan is a profound injustice and a grave violation of human rights. Such cruelty strips girls of their dignity, freedom, and childhood, and can amount to sexual exploitation under coercive circumstances. If members of the Hazara community or any other community are subjected to these abuses, they deserve equal protection and justice. The UN, human rights organizations, and voices gathered at places such as Union Square must continue demanding accountability and an end to these violations against Afghanistan's women and girls.

Oh, really? Mohammed Zubair What about when my photo was edited with the Prime Minister and circulated by people at the CJP protest at Jantar Mantar? When will you speak about that? If using AI or edited images to insult and demean women is wrong, then it should be wrong in every case, regardless of religion or politics. Don’t make it a matter of selective outrage.🧐 Delhi Police BJP Delhi When will you take action against this person? 🧐

Let us take a moment to look at the root cause of how violence escalated from 3rd of May until now: 1. Fake&fabricated news about a meitei lady being raped in Churachandpur made the rounds on social media widely circulated which was later clarified by concerned authorities & the alleged victim’s parents that no such thing occurred. 2. Based on this information, tribal women in Imphal-meitei dominated localities were subjected to sexual&physical abuse and brutality. Meitei women the so called Imas/ #MeiraPaibis were seen encouraging their sons/boys to rape a tribal girl in broad daylight. They were seen actively participating in the lynching of Kuki-zo tribals. 3. Despite all these, the so called *#MeiraPaibis* declared the 3rd Nupilal so brazenly. The so called Mothers encouraging their sons to violate another women’s daughter has shown us how degraded the mentality of these meitei women are. 4. While calling out for peace in-front of national media houses, their so called activist Binalakshmi Nepram apparently forgot how in the name of #WomenEmpowerment her own womenfolk from her community colluded in sheltering & instigating violence against their fellow women. Double standard hypocrisy Alert. The very women that went wild & crazy thirsting for blood & weapon are now crying PEACE infront of outsiders is a staged act hidden with vicious malice. 5. We cannot trust women that demanded the violation of another women’s precious daughter & took part in their lynching. We cannot take part in a movement of Peace where women have innocent blood in their hands. #MeiraPaibis giving women & feminism a bad name. 🇮🇳 #MeiteiWarCrimes #MeiteisAreLiars #MeiteiRapists #MeiteiAttrocities

🚨 I don’t believe the rape or trafficking charges against the Tates. That’s not their style—rapists usually struggle with establishing connections. The Tates pride themselves on women throwing themselves at them and doing whatever they want. The Tates like women to be their slaves, whereas typical rapists get off on the violence through which they obtain sex. But what I know for a fact, by their own admission, is that they took young teenage girls as young as 15, maybe younger, turned them into prostitutes, and taught other men how to do the same. That’s why they should go to jail for a very long time.

WNBA’s Sophie Cunningham Stands Firm: “I Said What I Said” on Protecting Women’s Sports Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham is pushing back against criticism of her recent ESPN comments calling for the protection of women’s sports and young girls from competing against biological men. In a new response, Cunningham made her position clear: “I said what I said. I think it’s kind of common sense. When it comes just to protecting young girls in sport and women in sport, I feel very strongly about that. That’s why you have Title IX. That’s why you have some of the greats in women’s sports. If Title IX women’s sports weren’t protected, then you wouldn’t hear about any type of women in sport. I have never once said that I hated the trans community.” In the original ESPN interview she stated: “I want to protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men.” (Video: AI) Cunningham has emphasized that supporting fairness in women’s categories does not equal hatred of anyone.

Watching this video broke me. It brought back the painful memories of my childhood in Iran. I cried seeing that little girl bullied by her principal, forced to put on her compulsory veil over and over again, with no mercy. This isn’t just about a piece of cloth; it’s about how young girls, as early as 7, are subjected to control, humiliation, and abuse by those meant to protect them. For 40 years, we, the women of Iran, have lived this nightmare. When I started to share the stories of these girls living under the Islamic laws on “My Stealthy Freedom” and “ White Wednesdays” campaign against compulsory hijab, I was dismissed as Islamophobic in the West many times. But look closely at the fear in the girl’s face, the anger, the frustration. This is not a cultural issue, it’s apartheid against women. The regime believe that if a young girl doesn’t cover her hair, she could arouse men, an insult to men, too. This system is designed to oppress, control, and strip women of their rights, dignity, and childhood. This is the reality we face in Iran. Let talk. Let us be heard. #MyCameraIsMyWeapon #LetUsTalk
