Unfortunately the Unions and lawyers are the one's who have truly convoluted the 14th Amendment using interpretation. Interpretation of the laws is the key problem.

Even if the 14th Amendment didn't exist, Barron would be considered a US citizen because his dad is. After his birth in the USA, the fact he lived together with his mom & dad all the more cemented the fact he always has been a legal US citizen since birth. Melania getting naturalized before Barron's 18th birthday is frosting on his citizenship cake...!

They still neglect to mentally recognize the difference between immigrants that are here LEGALLY!!!!!! as opposed to ILLEGALLY!!!!!
