Uber Eats has absolutely terrible customer service. I was compensated 45% on an order with an incorrectly made item that I couldn't eat

charged for a ride i didn’t take, why is it so difficult to speak to an agent about an issue

@UberEats Beware! They charge for Uber One, but the application does not permit to place any order. The fee is thus an outright theft. The customer service ignores any demand for reimbursement. Avoid @UberEats Mexico!
