PRESIDENT TRUMP: We’ve decimated them as a military. The problem with the Strait of Hormuz is this: let’s say we do a great job and wipe out 99%. One percent is unacceptable because 1% is a missile going into the hull of a ship that costs a billion dollars. If we achieve a 99% decimation, that’s no good.
