You can share your emotions few times. If it strikes the wall, go silent mode. Tell God how you feel, not your wife. Better for all.

This precisely describes my first marriage. I came home late one Friday evening from yet another week on the road doing a job I hated because it gave her the lifestyle she wanted. She knew when I would get home, but my house was empty. My kids were farmed out various places so my ex could go to the barn and ride her horse. I made my own dinner. Once she got home, she complained that I "messed up her schedule" when I was home. That's when I realized I was nothing but a pack mule, a means to an end.

A man always suffers in silence. Always. Quiet and unyielding rage and fury.

100% correct , after years of being told you can't do that ,don't do that , stop that then when they want you to do those things what do they expect is going to be the results ...no man can take that crap and still be the same person they were

So much truth in what she says it’s scary!! So ladies listen to one of your own !! This is not a man telling you these things it’s a woman who has it figured out !

I’ve listened to many of videos, she’s amazing. I agree with her, but it will never change my situation.

Had a fantastic job, allowing us to have 4 kids while she was a SAHM. Biz trips monthly to Europe. We could easily afford help, I begged her to allow it. Nope, too prideful, and somewhere along the way she became a full time mother and a no time wife.

Finally had to walk away from the toxicity. No relationship is worth more than one filled with lies and betrayal

Women do not turn COLD without a REASON…Let’s have a honest debate on what causes these things between men and women…As women should not talk for men and men should not talk for women…Plus not all men or women are the same… “MINDSETS”

My wife stopped pretty much all intimacy after kids. I made mistakes, too, but the lack of intimacy cause me to pull back and just focus on my hobbies/work/gaming/whatever, anything that wouldn't reject me. It's only better now (it's amazing, now, thank goodness) because I chose to end the cycle.

If you don't have respect for each other, you don't have communication for each other. We're finished once you do disrespect, either side it's the relationship has done

My wife of 38 years is still extremely sensitive to my moods and is always quick to inquire about my thoughts or ask my state of mind. God, I love her. She was God’s gift to me. But I’m not sure why HE’S mad at her to give her ME?

I just want to add, I understand the concept of withdrawing , but I think once men start doing their work and start healing , you begin to see how the trauma and chaos has impacted your life. As a result, you create boundaries.

Very true, as usual there is a 2nd side to this and men need to follow the same rules. Goes both ways.

This woman gets it, unfortunately most women who NEED to hear this never will or won't accept any responsibility for ruining relationshipd. It's also why so many men remain guarded & don't waste time on western women - b/c they're entitled, manipulative, and refuse to apologize.

There has never been a society that has survived without strong men. Our society has harmed men substantially to its own detriment. Radical feminism, women in general, intersectionality, colleges and universities are to blame. We all reap what we sow.
