In his book, The Man the Moment Demands, he encourages all men to master 10 roles: fighter, provider, leader, lover, nurturer, gentleman, friend, father, and son. When we embrace these roles, we grow into healthier men who don’t have to hide our anger, loneliness, confusion, or sadness.
