MEN — if we never cease work in order to rest, work will rest us in peace!

@breakfastclubam Some deep shit right there. I used to work 60+ hours a week and driving 1.5 hours each way to work every day. I finally got a job close to home working only 40 hours. It’s less money but I’m definitely happier now

@breakfastclubam Man I have the work real hard mentality but never once I said I need to rest or relax . One day it have to change . To men and women that's working to the core please try to take some time to relax

@breakfastclubam Man this is FACTS. Men need to find value in rest and understand they deserve to be loved/ celebrated regardless of what they can contribute financially. The real work is inner healing not chasing a bag.
