I'm thankful that my Dad didn't treat me like a princess all the time. He taught me responsibility and the value of hard work and discipline. My Mom did the same. They didn't want me to grow up to be a sugar baby or be helpless without a man.

Dads raise their sons to work hard and not rely on anyone else to get things done. I was raised the same way. My dad was tough love. Wouldn't have it any other way.

My dad was more of a "raised his oldest daughter like a son because she beat up all the boys in the neighborhood and was a tomboy" kinda dad. His nickname for me growing up was "s#it for brains". It takes all kinds, but he loved me! Miss him so much..... the ass. Lol
