Child support must be paid based on the capped bills mother submits not based on father income. If mother is working child support is cut by 50% and dating another man on top of that child support must be fully cut
@MrBroBotBrian Equal rights should be a thing. If the woman without the man’s permission can have an abortion then men should be able to opt out of being a father. Maybe this would finally stop women from having 6 baby daddy’s.

No bc if the woman had the baby she is still financially responsible too. He does have to right to NOT be around. Several men choose that route. However BOTH parties are financially responsible for the child. The single mother typically pays way more than the man.
