Actually, that isn't in space. It's on a parabolic flight, where gravity is extremely low. It begins with the plane going up at a 45 degree angle for a while, then going down at a 45 degree angle, which almost mimics zero-G flight.

For anyone wondering what's actually happening here, these guys are in an airplane (specifically a C-131 Samaritan) that is flying in a high altitude ranging from about 24,000-32,000 feet, in parabolic arc flight path (up and down repeatedly like a roller coaster). On the upper arc of the flight, it simulates microgravity because the people inside the plane are in a temporary state of freefall for the 22-30 seconds. The plane goes back down to about 24,000 feet, then climbs back up to 32,000 feet as many as 60 times per flight.
