If this is linked with star-link satellite, it will work. Yes, if not, it won't work. Again, as as the jammer is switched off or distant from the car. You are definitely back on online. That is why you need to link your car with other phones. In case your phone gets taken too.

Trackers employees are selling your car information to the highest bidder. They give information to criminal syndicates.  With Insurance, when sh*t happens, they always want to find a loophole on not to pay. For me, this is a safe bet. Self-sufficient.

How can you stop the car within the hijakers vicinity. Once your on the safe space you can proceed to do so. Again, it not like this is a bluetooth, were you have to be a certain distance with a car. You can send that sms from the comfort of your home. While the car is 60km away.

True. It is a scam. While they force you to have a Tracker. Then sh*t happens. Your car gets stolen. Tracker fails to recover it. Your insurance will then tell you they can't replace the exact model of your car. Reasons, will be a 1000 pages of fine print. 🤣
