May I also add we be cold and hot at the same time? I sleep with the fan and the heater. Plus a humidifier for the dry air. And then I’m wet cause I sweat at night. Ohh and my mood swings…I want to fight and then take a nap. Menopause is ghetto.

Thank you! This is wonderful. I too wondered why nobody ever talks about menopause. I actually went through it several years ago, now. Just so you all know, I am still hot. Not as hot, but I had to stop wearing pull over sweaters that I used to have an obsession with and began wearing cardigans that I can take off and put back on.

Ma'am, I sleep with 3 fans on EVERY night.... naked... and I still have hot flashes! I feel like the burning bed! Like Sat@n sleeeping next to me!

Can we talk about breaking out in full blown sweats while at the stores, restaurants, etc? Can we talk about how it's 30 degrees outside but still sweating 😭. My husband call me microwave 😭
