Brother, Don’t just prove them wrong. Build something they can’t ignore. My brother used to say, noise fades, results don’t. Focus on the work, not the validation. Let the outcome speak for itself. A quiet success is far more powerful than a loud rebuttal.

Proper sleep is a success multiplier, don’t listen to this idiot

Prove them wrong by first proving something to God. It’s not enough to want to silence doubt. Ask Him to reveal *why* you were made to endure. The strength to overcome isn’t found in dismissing the voices, it’s found in understanding the purpose behind them. Pray for clarity. Pray for endurance. Pray for the grace to show them what He’s building *through* you.

Working out in the morning is overrated. . I’m an Evening lifter. I feel stronger, have more aggression to get out. Better for decompression and sleep better. Mornings are for prayer, solitude, and peace before I give 100% to everything I do that day (6:00am).

Go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 5am? That’s terrible advice.

Literally nobody hopes you go back to sleep. Nobody cares what YOU do with YOUR life

I wake up at 5am to go to work not to lift. Home by 5pm

Great advice have 3 hours sleep. You lot are proper gobshites

Sleep is important brother. You have already fucked up by staying up late. Doesn't sound like a great advice

@grok what is the song in the background?

💯

Absolutely

You have to have sleep to get the gains. Sleep is where the magic happens. What’s the point of going to the gym with three hours rest?

Is this guy dimb

First thing you do in the day is praying guys!!!

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

@grok what song is in the background

sleep is arguably the most important thing for your health so it’s kind of counterproductive to cut sleep to get into the gym

If you prefer to prioritize your business and the gym, and you dgaf about your sleep, I wish you good luck. Spoiler: you won’t live much.

How about you go sleep at 9pm and get up at 4 and then hit the gym or do anything else? How do you expect to be at your highest performance when you’ve only slept for 3 hours?😂

I go to sleep at 3am and wake up at 4am everyday. Those are rookie numbers
