This applies to coaches and player’s. This why every coach in your program is so important. Head coaches have to have a great level of trust all the way down the line in every coach that deal with player’s. (I know another thing on their plate)

He's 100% right. The opportunity to have a man really open up to you only happens once. It's a moment of vulnerability, and him trying to decide if he can trust you with his heart, soul, and deepest most uncomfortable thoughts & secrets. If you miss it, it's gone forever.
