Lol, love how they skipped straight from 1934 to 1951 so they didn't have to to show Adolf and Benito tooling around in a GroรŸer 770.

Stop the clock in 1972. The best design went out the door! By the 1980s you could no longer identify a Mercedes because it starts to looks like every other car.

Nice to celebrate with Mrs Bertha Benz who drove herself 12 km the first car ever built by her husband and herself, and proved it works.

The most unbelievable thing about that video is that a woman was able to drive all that distance without hitting something/someone

It's a pity that the video omits products such as the G4 produced for Nazi dignitaries during WORLD WAR II.

"There is a dark chapter in the company's history. After 1933, it collaborated closely with the Hitler regime, producing vehicles and components that supported the Nazi war effort. In Czechoslovakia, after liberation in 1945, many people refused to buy cars associated with Hitler and his regime. I will never buy a Mercedes-Benzโ€”I wouldn't even accept one for free. I have freedom of choice, and this is my personal decision."
