Why is there never any accountability when it comes to employers. It seems they operate teetering on the edge of ethical incompetence at times when it comes to hiring. If I make a mistake on the application then I can easily be disqualified without an explanation for a job. But how can they offer me a job and then take it away because they didn’t check my availability? Is it because they thought if they offered me enough money I would change my mind? Would that work with you? I can be flexible but I do keep a schedule for a reason.

I don't mind if X pays me less to show you my work. What's important to me is people get to see it and experience places they might otherwise never get to see, and be given food for thought in the process. Any money is just a bonus.
