🚨#BREAKING: A 25-year-old man in Irvine got ARRESTED after police say he went on a TWO-WEEK SPREE spray-painting THIRTEEN Teslas… …and they identified him because he was carrying a TAKEOUT ORDER. Yes. You read that right. His name is Max Sebastian Solomon. Irvine police say last week they released garage surveillance of a man spray-painting a Tesla around 10:30 p.m. on July 17. Three more Teslas were vandalized in the SAME parking garage. Four days later, July 24, they said he struck AGAIN. More footage. Same garage. Same guy walking through like he owned the place. Then investigators say he came BACK and hit NINE MORE. THIRTEEN Teslas. Not a protest. Not a debate. Not “activism.” A man walking through a shopping-center garage with a can of spray paint, wrecking other people’s cars while they were parked and gone. And it gets dumber. During the investigation, detectives learned about a SEPARATE incident in the city where a man was seen SPITTING on a Tesla stopped at an intersection. They say that man was the same 25-year-old Irvine resident. How did they find him? Police say Solomon was carrying a takeout order during one of the vandalism incidents. They used the order. The food. That is how this ended. Not because the culture suddenly decided vandalizing cars is wrong. Because a receipt led them to a 25-year-old who allegedly could not stop himself. He was booked into Orange County Jail on felony vandalism charges. Thirteen cars. A parking garage. A takeout bag. This is what “mostly peaceful” looks like when it gets bored and buys spray paint.
