The Biggest Mistake of College Pitchers The biggest mistake I see is guys doing random stuff and putting in the work, thinking that’s enough. They’ll say, yeah man, I’m putting in the work, I lift five times a week, I throw five times a week, I do mobility every day. Then I ask them, what’s the goal in the weight room? They say, just lift heavy. I ask, what’s the goal with your throwing program? What’s going on with your mechanics? What are you attacking? They’ll say they kind of just long toss every day and that’s it. So do you really feel like that’s the most efficient path to get where you want to go? If there’s no intention behind what you’re doing, then you’re just doing something to do something. This is most common with college guys in programs where the lifting plan isn’t great and the coaches don’t really help them. They get stronger, but they never throw harder. It’s because they’re not working on what they actually need to work on. If you’re already super strong in college, then let’s focus on force production, power, and your mechanics. You need to transfer the strength you built into the mound. I created a full guide on this, so if you want it, comment guide below and I’ll send it over.

Many beavers together build a big dam. That is beaver culture. Humans are not different. Nothing is different. This is what life is. This is how life works. Your body is your mind. A caterpillar wants to build a chrysalis. A bee wants to build a hive. A lion wants to build a pride. You are not special. You are not above your nature. you are INSIDE of it. The thoughts that we think are genetic thoughts. The crimes we commit are genetic crimes. The art we create is genetic art. Just like this beaver, you can give the animal different sticks and it will build a different dam, but it will always build a dam. And you can give humans different "education," but the human will always use it to do what its genes tell it to do. This is the first big answer that you need. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle. This is how to understand people 90% of the way. You just... notice what they do, and get out of the way, and watch them do it. And if they need sticks, you give them sticks. And if you don't like what they do, you have to get away from them. You cannot train dam-building into them or out of them any more than you can with a beaver. A beaver wants to build a dam because it is a beaver. Whatever you see people build, that's what they wanted to build from the sticks they got in the river they were in. Stop pretending you can change it.

It requires precise and intricate match-ups. I’m see most people who try it, get the club behind them to early or “react” to the face not “match up”. Swing your own swing and don’t follow fashion. Golf historically has trends (drive your knees-Nicklaus’s, Stack n tilt etc). When the people who are buying up the world tell you it’s a great idea for you to own nothing… maybe pay attention to what they’re really saying. The WEF and BlackRock keep telling us exactly what they want to do. Larry Fink talks about “tokenisation,” which basically means everything you own could be put on a digital system where it can be tracked, taxed instantly, or even blocked if it doesn’t meet their rules. The WEF’s idea is that in the future you won’t own much at all, you’ll just rent it or “share” it……and be happy. They sell it as convenience, sustainability, or making life easier. But let’s be honest: You’ll end up renting. They’ll end up owning. All made possible through digital ID and CBDC/ stable coins.

AJ Brown advises everyone not to go on the rides at their local fair 😂 “I like to build things.. You know when you try to put a screw in, and it just don’t fit right, it just don’t go right? You just leave it out and continue. And that’s what they’re doing too… And if any man get on here and lie and say they never threw away screws of something they built.. That's what they did. Beware, with allot of these newer cars that have the LED headlamps. Not only are they allot of work to remove, but the dealer doesn’t tell you that it’s not serviceable. Before, if a bulb went out, you could go and get one for less than $100 especially if you have the HID lights or halogen. With LED, you have to replace the whole headlamp if the light ever goes out. Would you pay the $1000-$5000 for a new headlamp or would you just say screw it, time to trade it in.
