Ryan Fox says the way he played the final hole to win The Open with a birdie was the best hole he’s ever played in his life. He also said he told his caddie on the tee he was going to take it on and try to win the tournament right there: “Yeah, definitely the first part. I mean, I hit two shots exactly how I wanted to hit them. I didn't feel anything for the putt; everything was shaking that much. I was just happy to hit it somewhat near the hole, and to see it go in was incredible. “I did say to my caddie, Dean, on the tee that we were going to take it on, that I was going to try to win the tournament, and I'd live with the consequences if I stuffed it up. To go out there and execute, that drive is not a very comfortable tee shot, obviously, and to hit it in the fairway and give myself a chance was huge. “Then I landed on a good number. I think I had 160 metres to the hole. The breeze was a little down off the left. Obviously everything is a bit jammed up there, so it was just a solid 9, and I hit it exactly where I wanted to hit it. I think I screamed to it, "Please be good," in the air, and it was. “To cap it off with a putt -- everyone practises on the green, I guess, you've got to a putt to win a major championship, to win The Open. It's not like that in real life. It's not a very comfortable feeling. BREAKING IndiGO CEO ELBERS' Latest statement. Dear IndiGo Colleagues, It is Sunday afternoon, Dec 7th , I am standing here at IndiGo’s Operations Control Centre. As you can see the buzz going on in the background, my colleagues here are working relentlessly to further stabilize and normalize the IndiGo operations. For me, they symbolize the unwavering spirit, professionalism and incredible commitment of all at IndiGo. Once again, my sincerest appreciation for the great work each and every one of you is doing. In my earlier messages, I conveyed we would be rebooting the system Friday, take a significant number of cancellations and start afresh Saturday. That has worked well, by operating some 1500 flights yesterday, as compared to only 700-ish on Friday. Also, we have been able to execute the cancellations at an earlier stage, so customers don’t show up at the airports in case their flights are canceled. It gives us all confidence that we are getting back. Today we realize further improvements of system to reach around 1650 flights. A better OTP, less cancelations and importantly customers are being notified in advance. Today’s OTP is projected around 75%, significantly up from 30% yesterday. Our network coverage has been restored with 137 (out 138) stations operated. Also for our customers, all processes around Refunds, Luggage, Rebooking, etc. are in full swing and we are actually reducing the backlog as we go forward. The last days have been very difficult. For the people in the Operations Control Center, for all the teams supporting them, for our Pilots and Cabin crew with delayed flights, disrupted rosters and so on. Kindly allow me to make a special shout out for our AOCS staff who had to face very tough situation at the airports, especially on December 5th when customers were stranded. I am grateful to everyone! Also, I would like to highlight that we are receiving, and do much appreciate the support from the aviation ecosystem in India – government, DGCA, CISF, BCAS and airports. All of us, and I personally, feel the pain of our customers, are deeply apologetic and addressing their needs, which is and will remain our topmost priority. We are grateful for their support and appreciation, as we also see and receive heartwarming messages from customers on the hard work our colleagues are doing in many places on board and on the ground. Then I started going out to see him in the weight room because he didn’t go into the locker room or the training room anymore. He would just go into the weight room to do his rehab. I would go there and talk to him because he didn’t go to meetings or anything like that. I would just talk to him and let him know 'I’m your guy. Just letting you know I love ya'. Incredible last few minutes of the Rick Rubin / Adam Neumann interview. I got chills listening to this. --- Adam: We'll connected to this week's portion. We all have something that we're slaves to. We all have an addiction to anger, to ego, to power, whatever it is, idol worship that we have. We all have an Egypt. We all need to leave that Egypt, come out of it. When we come out of that Egypt, we all face a Red Sea. When we see that Red Sea, we all need to have the courage to walk into it so far that we drown. Only when we're willing to drown will the Red Sea be split and we'll go to our next level. We then go to our next level. We see the Red Sea split. Suddenly we're like, oh, everything is okay. And we forget. The moment we forget, we step into the desert. We all have to walk through our version of desert. That desert is between us, us, and God. No one else. The only decision we get to have is how long we're going to journey through that desert. Are we going to journey for 14 days like the children of Israel were supposed to? Or are we going to journey for 40 years because we're not learning our lesson? Our choice is not, are we going to get into the desert or not? It's how long will we be in. And once we go out of that desert, we all have our version of the promised land. And if we have the courage to look inside, see our own correction, our own limitation, look at it clearly now and say, I see you, and I'm going to get over it. I'm going to learn. I'm going to grow. I'm going to understand that life is not about falling down. It's about how I'm going to get up. I'm going to fall 1,000 times so I can get up 1,001 times. The New Vegan Bloodwork is in‼️💪🌱🌍🧬⚡️✅ Face ID Login screen recorded video included for authentication ✅⤵️ After almost 8 years vegan now (7 years 10 months 17 days) see my most recent bio markers and read more below to get a breakdown of the new daily macro & calorie goals I’ll be following from today until my next labs - where I will then re-analyze and make any adjustments necessary‼️⤵️ Total T from March: 1136 ➡️ 1147 ✅ (consistently ranging from 1136 low to 1174 high for the last 2-3 years while I’ve been over the age of 30) ApoB - 1 year change: 68 ➡️ 63 ✅ (decreasing heart disease risk even with the increase in LDL from 60 to 64 and triglycerides from 40 to 52) HDL - 6 month change: 46 ➡️ 49 ✅ (more good cholesterol > 40 decreases my heart disease risk) LH - 1 year change: 4.9 ➡️ 8.6 ✅ (in the upper optimal range now from mid range a year ago - INCREASING while my testosterone(total & free)/estradiol/SHBG stay high 🤯 - proving that it’s clearly my body making the high natural sex hormones - not any extraneous unnatural source. So What’s the Plan Now⁉️⤵️: I’m going to keep doing what I’ve been doing the last 3-6 months (increased calories from healthy plant based fats while continuing to push my cardio training to the limit and resistance training for muscle mass maintenance) because it’s working perfectly as designed & pushing the exact numbers up that I wanted to move up! 💪🌱📈✅ I’ll try to stick to monounsaturated fats and not poly as the more poly fats may have lead to my trigs increasing as well. Paul Tudor Jones on the moment early in his career that taught him the difference between investing and trading. He watched Bunker Hunt go from the richest man on Earth to nearly bankrupt in six weeks: "Bunker Hunt was squeezing silver at the time, and he bought about 200 million ounces at an average price of about $3.50. And between 1976 and 1980, inflation started ripping and silver went literally through the roof. By like 1979, silver was around $30 an ounce, and all of a sudden he was worth about five or six billion. So he buys 20 million ounces at $35. And it just roofed. Goes to $50. He's worth about 11 billion and he's got a multiple of five or six on the next closest guy. I just couldn't even believe what I had seen and how much money that this guy had made. COMEX made it liquidation only and silver collapsed. It went from $50 to under $10 in the space of about eight weeks. And that had a searing impact on me, to see him go from the richest guy to virtually bankrupt in the short space of six or seven weeks. Right then and there, I would never own anything or trust anything for the rest of my life. My grandfather, when I was really young, he said, "Son, you're only worth what you can write a check for tomorrow." So liquidity's always been something that's been in my DNA. I had this friend; he was such a character. We were brokers at that time at E.F. Hutton. And we called him The Mortician because he'd get an account with 10,000, churn about a $100,000 in commissions, take it to a million bucks, and then have it in deficit. So you learned that liquidity was really important because the volatility was so huge. We're all living on the edge. So that had a real impact on me. The idea of owning something for the long run was laughable, because look how much money you could make by trading in the short run."

I see this all the time when I am out and about in the winter, the patent is bundled up and the kid isn’t. Sometimes it’s even as bad as the kid is wearing just a t-shirt. If my kid didn’t have a jacket and I was low on funds I would go without before my kid didn’t have a jacket. Worst comes to worst if I had to get one from a thrift store I would do that too, anything for my kid not to go cold like that. This woman was criticized because she refused to spend $35 for a coat for her kid in the winter. She thinks it’s too expensive. Last winter my kid came home from school in a jacket I didn’t buy him. He already has a few really nice and warm jackets that he picked out at the Polo store. But I guess the school had a program that gave new coats to every child. Was I wrong for this? I made him return it because he didn’t need it. I feel like the coat they gave him could have went to a child that actually needed it. He was fine with it because it wasn’t a brand he normally wears anyways. But I think the school should have been more selective about who they gave these coats too. There are kids out there that go without and could benefit, but my kid isn’t one of them. Am I a jerk for that? I feel like he wasn’t going to wear it anyways and I see other kids at his school that didn’t have coats.
