You’re factually wrong. 1. Nowak wasn’t killed with the kirpan that Digra carried. He was killed with an illegal dagger that he had with him. 2. Sikhs have an exemption to CARRY the Kirpan, not use it. If a Sikh uses his kirpan, even for self defense, they’re breaking the law.
