Met my girlfriend's parents for the first time. Her dad asked what I do for work. I said I build trading systems. He said like Wall Street? I said no. 6 AI agents. They work while I sleep. He laughed. So robots are making you money? I did not...

My dad called me at 7 AM on a Sunday. I need you to look at something. Do not tell your mother. I thought he was sick. He sent me a screenshot. A Claude terminal. Live Polymarket odds. Green numbers. +$14,200. He is 56. Retired electrician. Calls WiFi the internet box. Dad what the fuck is this? I found an article about connecting Claude to Polymarket. Told Claude to install it. One prompt. Four commands. 45 tools running on his old Dell laptop. Live orderbooks. Volume spikes. Closing deadlines. All inside Claude. He does not know what MCP means. Does not care. Every morning at 5 AM. Before mom wakes up. Reading glasses and black coffee. He asks Claude: What is closing today with mispriced odds? Claude cross-references markets in one call. Spots where the price disagrees with the news. He does not out-execute bots. He out-waits them. Quarter Kelly. $500 from his fishing fund. Last 60 days: 680 trades 90.2% win rate +$14,200 Best trade: Claude alert pinged him during Sunday football. Volume spike on a geopolitics market. Entry $0.09. Resolved $1.00. +$2,800. Mom thought he was checking the score. He was not checking the score. Last week he booked her a cruise. Said he had been saving since January. He has not saved anything since January. When are you telling her? When I hit $25K. I am buying the lake house. Dad you do not even know what an API is. I do not need to. The machine knows. He still calls Claude the machine. The machine prints money. I built the entire framework he used: Claude MCP setup Polymarket mispricing detection Quarter Kelly position sizing Volume spike alerts Cron-based market scanning The system runs 24/7. Finds mispriced odds before the crowd adjusts. Executes before the edge compresses. No emotions. No FOMO. Just math. You only need Claude + device + 1 hour per day. Giving this free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word money 2. Like and retweet this 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar so I can DM you Save this post. Deploy the mispricing system this week. Start with $500. Scale on evidence.

An Anthropic paid for my espresso at Sightglass when he saw my screen. I was backtesting a Claude-built arbitrage system. Terminal open. Live trades firing. He glanced over. Stopped walking. That is not TradingView. What framework is that actually running. Claude Code. Three repos. One prompt. $20 per month. He sat down across from me without asking. I work on AlphaGo successor models. We test reinforcement agents for market simulation. You are running something similar but you let Claude write the strategy layer. Not just strategy. Detection. github/warproxxx/poly_data 86 million Polymarket trades. Every wallet. Every position. Every timestamp. You are feeding Claude transaction history and letting it identify asymmetric behavior patterns. Then cloning the profitable ones in real time. Exactly. One prompt: Scan every wallet with 150+ trades and ROI above 65%. Rank by consistency. Export top 40. Claude processed 18,600 wallets in 6 minutes. Returned 38. Top 15 wallets outperformed the bottom 18,000 combined. That is not analysis. That is alpha concentration. Precisely. And you did not write the ranking algorithm. Claude built it. I just connected it to execution logic. Then I opened the second repo. github/Polymarket/polymarket-cli Official Rust CLI. No auth required for reads. 600+ markets scanned in under 3 minutes. Claude scores: liquidity depth, pricing gap, resolution timeline. 512 markets reduced to 28 before capital moves. 94.5% filtered out before entry consideration. A notification hit. Position filled. +$127. How does it decide entry timing. Four agents. No shared state. Arbitrage detector, convergence scanner, whale mirror, volume surge tracker. 3 agents agree: full position. 2 agree: half size. Split vote: skip. Consensus filtering alone eliminated 46% of losses in backtest. And exit logic. The 38 top wallets almost never hold to settlement. 89% exit early. Average 71% of max profit captured. Immediate redeployment. My bot exits at 82% of projected move or 4x volume spike. Whichever hits first. You built a whale copy system that exits before the whales do. Correct. He set his coffee down slowly. How many trades per day. 12 average. Most rejected by filters before I see notifications. My setup: Claude API: $20/mo VPS Frankfurt: $6/mo poly_data: free polymarket-cli: free $300 seed capital. 34 days ago. $18,700 now. 318 trades. 76% win rate. Sharpe 2.61. I have not modified it in 34 days. He stared at the terminal without blinking. This is exactly what our adversarial testing team models. Market-adaptive agents with autonomous strategy evolution. Except you deployed it live. He messaged me the next day. Would you consider a conversation with our safety research lead. I told him this post is the conversation. Too late to contain. The edge is not predicting markets. It is identifying who already wins and mirroring them before the pattern shifts. You only need Claude + device + 1 hour per day. Giving this free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word "Money" 2. Like and retweet this post. 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar so I can DM you Save this post. Build the whale mirror system this week. Start with $200. A Citadel quant sat down next to me at Verve on Gough and asked why my laptop had four terminals open I was scanning Polymarket. Four panes. Each one a different agent. He was killing time before a flight. Saw the screens. "Is that a multi-agent setup on prediction markets. Who's orchestrating" Claude. One prompt per agent. They don't share memory. Only a queue file. He pulled up a chair. "Walk me through. I do this for equities at work. I want to see your agent separation" Agent 1 is the scanner. I piped raw JSON from the official Polymarket CLI straight into Claude and told it to score every live market on three things. Edge against my probability estimate. Book depth on both sides. Hours to resolution. Thresholds kill 93% of markets before the brain ever sees them. Edge under 7 cents gone. Depth under $500 gone. Under 4 hours to resolution gone. Over 168 gone. 487 live markets collapse to 35. "Seven cents is your transaction cost buffer" Yes. Below that the gas and spread eat the trade. A green fill popped. +$52 on a BTC dominance market. "And the brain" Agent 2. Runs four checks on every survivor. Base rate from history. News in the last six hours. Whether any of the 47 top wallets are currently holding. And a disposition check - is the crowd making a known cognitive error. Three out of four must agree. Otherwise drop it. 86 million trades. I let Claude rank every wallet with 100+ fills and a 70%+ win rate. It returned 47 names in four minutes. Top 20 wallets made more than the bottom 13,000 combined. "Concentration like that means the signal is there. Most retail books look like a normal curve. Yours looks like power law" Kelly sizing does the rest. Capped at quarter Kelly. If f-star goes negative the trade dies no matter how confident I feel. "Overbet once and the bankroll is gone. You respect that. Good" Agent 3 is execution. Three strategies pulled out of a 53k line Typescript repo. Arbitrage across related markets. Convergence when price moves toward my estimate. Whale copy with a 60 second delay on the 47 wallets. Two agents agree full position. One agent only half. Disagreement no trade. "What did you cut" Sports. 52% win rate. Already priced in before the scanner flags it. Markets under $50k in depth. Slippage makes every edge a coin flip. Holding to settlement. The top wallets exit at 73% of max profit every time. I copied that. Agent 4 watches exits. Three triggers. Target hit at 85% of expected move. Volume spike 3x the ten minute average. Thesis stale 24 hours with no movement. "91% of the smart wallets exit before resolution. That's the trade" Yeah. Being right is not the same as being profitable. Setup: Claude API $20 Hetzner VPS $5 Four repos free Total $25 a month $200 seed. 27 days ago. $14,300 now. 271 trades. 74% win rate. Sharpe 2.47. Copy here: "How long did the build take" Two weekends. One to wire the scanner and the CLI. One to get the agents talking through the queue file. He watched the volume exit trigger fire on a Fed cut market. Position closed at 0.71. +$184. "Nobody at my shop runs four agents on their own money. We run eight on the firm's. You got the same structure on a laptop for the price of a sandwich a month" He asked for the repos. I sent them. He messaged me from the gate. "Publishing this tomorrow. My PM is going to ask me why I didn't do it first" I told him his PM already has a Bloomberg. That's the problem.

For 6 months I woke up at 5 AM to catch Asian markets on Polymarket. During that time I lost my girlfriend, gained 8 kg, and got used to drinking coffee instead of breakfast Then I wrote an agent that monitors everything for me while I sleep. In the 1st month income went up 15% and I finally deleted the 5 AM alarm Turns out a half-asleep human trades worse than a 200-line script I thought discipline meant waking up early. In reality it was just stubbornness that cost me money and health. When I finally sat down to build the agent it became clear why Here is what is under the hood: 1. Sentiment analysis powered by Claude. Every 15 minutes the agent runs a feed from 40+ Asian sources: Reuters Asia, Nikkei, South China Morning Post, Yonhap 2. NLP tone classification. It compares sentiment shifts to open markets on Polymarket through the API, and if the news has already dropped but the odds have not reacted yet that is the entry window 3. Kelly criterion. A mathematical formula for position sizing instead of my usual "I will bet more, feeling lucky" 4. A hard stop at 5% of the deposit per trade so that 1 mistake cannot kill the entire account 5. A cooldown between entries so the agent does not stack up a cluster of correlated positions These are exactly the rules I was missing at 5 AM. I knew them perfectly well but consistently ignored them because on adrenaline and caffeine every bet felt like an "obvious opportunity" When I ran a backtest on my old trades it was genuinely painful: 60% of the bets I placed by hand in a half-asleep state would have been rejected by the agent for failing the expected value filter Those were the exact ones dragging the whole result down When I was building my agent I needed a benchmark. A wallet that already trades on similar logic so I could compare my results to someone else's Found 1 that works almost like a mirror of what I described: same Asian markets, same cold calculation without emotion. I still keep it bookmarked and periodically check how it handles the same situations: That is actually the wallet I started with when testing auto-copying through a bot before I launched my own agent. A useful thing if you want to see how a strategy works on someone else's example first and only then build your own:

Yesterday at 3 AM Claude Code called me I woke up, picked up the phone, and on the screen was a message: "Wallet entered BTC Up at 11 cents. Open Polymarket?" I said yes and went back to sleep Claude Code unlocked my 2nd phone on its own, opened Polymarket, found the right market, entered the amount, and hit Buy. I could see all of it in real time through the web interface on my laptop. Screenshots from the phone updating every second. By morning the position closed in profit Let me tell you how I got here A week ago I asked Claude Code to write a script that pulls on-chain data from Polymarket and ranks wallets by win rate on 15-minute BTC markets In 20 minutes I had a table with hundreds of addresses, and 1 of them stood apart from the rest. More than 200 trades per day, surgical entry precision, and a profit curve going straight up I fed that address back into Claude Code and asked it to break down the strategy. Turns out the wallet monitors BTC volatility on Binance and Bybit every 100 milliseconds, and when it drops below 0.08% it enters Up and Down simultaneously at 25 to 35 cents A pure straddle: 1 side burns and the other flies to a dollar, giving 3 to 4x per position. Dozens of times a day I wanted to follow it but signals came at any hour, and waking up every 15 minutes for a notification was simply impossible. So I built something else Took an old Android phone and installed an agent running on the Qwen3-VL visual model. It sees what is happening on the screen and mimics human actions through ADB: taps, swipes, text input. Then I connected it to Claude Code as the executor Now the chain works like this: Claude Code monitors the wallet, sees a new position, calls me. And if I say "yes" or just do not pick up within 30 seconds, the agent on the phone opens Polymarket on its own and copies the entry Essentially I built myself an autopilot out of 2 AI systems: 1 thinks and the other presses buttons. I just sleep and occasionally pick up the phone → Here is the wallet the whole thing is tracking: For those who do not want to build a setup like this there is a Telegram bot that handles the 1st part: tracks this wallet and sends a signal on every new entry: AI calls me at 3 AM to ask permission to spend my money A year ago this would have sounded like schizophrenia. Now it is just Tuesday

My Uber driver asked what I do for work. Software.... Cool. Can you look at something? He handed me his phone at a red light. Terminal. Claude chat. Green P&L. +$6,200. He drives Uber 4 days a week. Makes $1,100. Has a 2-year-old daughter. Where did you find this? Your article. The 10,000 wallets one. He read it 3 months ago. Did not understand half of it. Asked Claude to explain it like he's five. 214 messages. All during breaks between rides. Parked at gas stations. Waiting for pings. 1st thing Claude told him: 87% of wallets lose money. Do not be the 87%. He installed poly_data. Fed it to Claude. Found 47 wallets with Sharpe above 2.0. Filtered crypto only. Quarter Kelly. $200 starting bankroll. From his tips. 93 messages later Claude helped him build the 20-line brain from the article. Bayesian updates. EV filter at 5%. Fully automated. Last 45 days: → 480 trades → 91.3% win rate → +$6,200 Best trade, whale convergence on Fed rate cut. 4 wallets entered in 2 minutes. Entry $0.12. Resolved $1.00. +$1,760. While dropping off a passenger at JFK. The passenger tipped him $5. The bot made $1,760. His wife found the Telegram alerts on his phone. Thought he was texting another woman. He showed her the P&L curve. Can you make me one? How long until you quit driving? He looked at me through the rearview mirror. I'm not stopping. Uber is my cover story. I wrote the article. He actually opened terminal. You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day. Giving This Free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word "Trade" 2. Like and Retweet this post 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar (so i can DM you) Save this post. Deploy the bot this weekend. Start with $200. Scale on evidence.

This trader gave Claude $44 and one question. Not “what should I build.” Not “how do bots work.” He asked: what’s the easiest way to consistently extract money from short-term mispricing. No lecture. No disclaimer. No theory. It said: find small windows where the market is off by a few percent. Quietly. Repeatedly. At scale. Then it dropped a wallet. stargate5 $165,618 profit 16,279 trades Joined November 2025 He almost skipped it. Then he opened the activity. No predictions. No narratives. Just micro trades on 5–15 minute windows. Over and over and over. Tiny edges. Constant flow. The entire strategy: scan for mispricing above ~6% enter instantly redeem at $1 repeat. He asked Claude how this keeps working. It said: you don’t need big wins. You need a small edge executed thousands of times at near-even conditions. Volume handles the rest. He asked: what kind of capital this started with. Claude: based on sizing — probably under $1,000. Compounding did the rest. He went through the trades manually. Same pattern every time: short window mispriced odds fast execution instant settlement No randomness. No luck. The same edge, repeated 16,279 times until it turned into $165K. He asked Claude one last thing. What do you call this strategy? It said: capturing the gap between panic pricing and actual probability on repeat. At scale, that gap becomes income. Still running.
