I was practically on my knees begging my brother to replay the game and save Meryl. 😭 The music, the atmosphere… everything about this game was revolutionary. As much as I loved the sequels, none of them ever had the soul of the first one.

I lost my VR Missions disk 10 years ago. A co-worker stole my backpack with my PS1 in it. It had most of my best games -- including all three AC 1 games. I still have MGS in its jewel case with docs, though. Thank God PS2 is backwards compatible.
