It's been five days since introducing Meteora DBC pools and we've hit massive milestones, so here's a team update: How do we use them: the coin's trading fees are collected automatically and sent wherever the creator chose at launch: a perp position/s on Hyperliquid, or a simple creator airdrop mode. What do these pools make possible? The pair. Most launchpads price everything in SOL. On Purps you can pair a coin in almost anything. Pair with a tokenised stock and your holders get airdropped or pair with another project's token. Growth: Over $105,000 has been paid out to holders in airdrops so far, 259 million tokens have been bought back/burned across the platform and over $1,000,000 total volume on Hyperliquid. There are 925 tokens a Purps coin can be paired with right now: SOL, stables, tokenised stocks, and memes (When Meteora approves a new one, it instantly becomes available). What's next? Creator authority. Right now a coin's strategy is locked the moment it launches. Next, the creator can manage it: change the leverage, switch a market, move the limit orders or close a position. What they can never do is touch the money at an admin level. It's been five days since introducing Meteora DBC pools and we've hit massive milestones, so here's a team update: How do we use them: the coin's trading fees are collected automatically and sent wherever the creator chose at launch: a perp position/s on Hyperliquid, or a simple creator airdrop mode. What do these pools make possible? The pair. Most launchpads price everything in SOL. On Purps you can pair a coin in almost anything. Pair with a tokenised stock and your holders get airdropped or pair with another project's token. Growth: Over $105,000 has been paid out to holders in airdrops so far, 259 million tokens have been bought back/burned across the platform and over $1,000,000 total volume on Hyperliquid. There are 925 tokens a Purps coin can be paired with right now: SOL, stables, tokenised stocks, and memes (When Meteora approves a new one, it instantly becomes available). What's next? Creator authority. Right now a coin's strategy is locked the moment it launches. Next, the creator can manage it: change the leverage, switch a market, move the limit orders or close a position. What they can never do is touch the money at an admin level. No withdrawing, no bridging, no claiming etc. The treasury stays locked like liquidity on a token and a good trader or a KOL can run it in public and get paid 20% of every win for being right. What does the future look like: THE goal is to bridge perps to memes and memes to perps. We believe there's a market in between and that's what we plan to continue to work towards through frequent updates.
