Today, we’re sharing the first look at TollyLabs’ Uniswap v4 integration: infrastructure designed to bring every way to launch into one fully composable system on Arc. For too long, token launchpads have forced every project through the same rigid templates. Uniswap v4 hooks allow custom logic to operate throughout a market’s lifecycle, from initialization and swaps to liquidity changes and fee handling. For Tolly, that means launches can be designed around the asset, rather than forcing the asset to fit the launchpad. We’re building toward a spectrum of possibilities: • Plain tokens with a standard pad launch. • Creator-tax tokens with configurable buy and sell taxes, with proceeds directed to a wallet, burn, liquidity or another defined allocation. • Reflection tokens that automatically distribute USDC to holders pro rata, without manual claims or external keepers. • Programmable asset pairs that can trade against stablecoins, crypto assets and tokenized stocks, currencies and commodities. • Any combination of these mechanics. If you hold $XRP, $XLM or $HBAR, you need to understand the CLARITY Act before September 15. All three already have one massive thing in common that most people are overlooking. In March 2026, the SEC and CFTC explicitly named XRP, XLM and HBAR as examples of “digital commodities.” Read that carefully. These three are not entering the CLARITY debate waiting for regulators to decide what category they belong in. The agencies already put them on the commodity side. Congress is now trying to create the actual U.S. market structure around that category. The House passed CLARITY 294–134, with 78 Democrats voting yes. The Senate Banking Committee advanced its legislation 15–9. The next procedural test is scheduled for: September 15 at 2:15 p.m. ET. For me, one section deserves far more attention than another generic headline about crypto exchanges. The Senate framework addresses banks using blockchain and digital assets for activities they already perform: payments lending custody trading Think about those four words beside these three networks. $XRP Ripple already has institutional payments, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody infrastructure and developing lending/collateral markets around XRPL. BNY holds RLUSD reserves. DBS + Franklin Templeton + Ripple are working around tokenized funds on XRPL. Aviva Investors is working with Ripple to bring traditional fund structures onto XRPL. XRP itself can also function as the auto-bridge between assets when that route provides better liquidity. Then $XLM. Stellar already crossed $3B in RWAs, has 10.7M+ active accounts, and processed $11.4B in stablecoin transfers during Q2. Franklin Templeton has more than $650M of BENJI represented on Stellar. A lot of people are buying without even testing the launchpad, and as a developer, I felt it was my responsibility to test it first and share real feedback based on what I saw (it’s all shown in the video). ✅ The site appears to be AI-built — and that’s not the issue. The real issue is how the launchpad works, and right now it has critical flaws for anyone putting money into it. 1) No automated on-chain transaction flow A serious launchpad should handle the transaction flow automatically on-chain. Instead, you click “create token” and then you must manually send SOL to a wallet the platform is “waiting on” to receive funds — and only then they create the token and send you your buy. ➡️ This is a massive risk, because it’s not a standard verifiable on-chain flow (a program/contract executing the logic transparently). 2) Tokens are being created with NO Solana metadata The token coming out is not minting with proper metadata — meaning no name, no image, no on-chain identity recorded correctly. ➡️ That’s a major red flag. I can deploy a token with correct Solana metadata in 5 minutes, so a launchpad failing to do this is a serious problem. 3) Token launches with ZERO liquidity (no pool) The token starts with no liquidity at all, only your initial buy. ➡️ Result: it cannot trade on any DEX, because there is no pool / curve to enable swaps.
