I’ve never seen anything like this in the Atlantic. A CATEGORY 5 monster buzzsaw almost sitting in place as she slowly gets stronger and stronger. Displaying a cryovolcanic CDO that’s ruffled with gravity waves and holding on to perfect symmetry for HOURS on end. This is already upper-tier even if her winds are just 160 MPH. It is insane. There’s just no other way to describe it. The problem is she can’t afford it, so she goes and gets the paper bags from designer stores she finds in the trash and from friends and films herself walking out of the store holding all these bags like she just bought out the store. While these people will do anything to look like they have the lifestyle of the one percent we see we can’t trust our eyes when it comes to the web, should they be called out for behavior like this?

The restaurant says if she pays they won't press charges. She gets on the bus and the cop follows her. She decides to pretend she's asleep, even when the cop is pulling on her arm and talking loudly. In the South, we call this 'playin' 'possum' and it is the most ridiculous thing I've seen an adult do, especially after just speaking with the cop less than 5 minutes beforehand.

Erika’s mother “went in for a treatment two days earlier on September 8th, and I can confirm that for a fact because people sent me records of that.” This is psychotic. Who sent Candace patient records or appointment books from this “IV treatment center” in Arizona? And it gets worse. She goes on to say that a bunch of “nurses” from the IV treatment center reached out to say that they were with Erika that day when she collapsed in the parking lot of that treatment center. …come again? Are these things not by law private? Surely at the very least whatever “records” were sent to Candace are. Then she rides to the grocery store where she leaves the key right in the built-in lock, and walks inside to shop. When she comes back out, the bike is still sitting there, exactly as she left it. She doesn’t stop there. At the next store she parks it unlocked again… and this time sets all her fresh groceries from the first store right on the ground beside it. It will likely be just as unusual as the bonkers 2021 Pacific NW heatwave. Below is a map from Tomer Burg It shows 850mb (5,000 ft) temperature records. The magenta shows where this heat will break records - Almost everywhere - through early next week. Let’s be clear: A heatwave like this was virtually impossible before global warming. Vast research shows Climate change makes EVERY heatwave more likely, more intense, larger and longer lasting. And these type of previously unheard of events are now starting to become an every few years event.

I've never seen it this hot before in the UK in June. Thinking about this from a health perspective, especially for more vulnerable groups: 1. Considering AC is not widely adopted here, it's a must to have lots of fans in the home to stay cool 2. Hydration and electrolytes are a must. And don't be short of salt intake, as it's lost when you sweat 3. You can still move your body, too many people by default become inactive at home. I got up early so I could still go outside and exercise. But even within the home, it's not good to be too sedentary 4. Avoid going out between noon and 5 pm if it can be helped during the heatwave 5. I'm also loading my body with healthy cold foods and antioxidants. England has some of the best delicious blueberries — and I'm eating loads of them! Here's my video on why blueberries are so extraordinary for health:
