The response time per passenger seems 4 seconds. Reasonable enough, given the mix of the ticketing media - paper tickets, digital QR tickets and NCMC. Delhi also has a similar response time.

Why you are moving that ticket? It is just simple to keep that QR code at scanner. Who told to move that? @saurabh5620 ticket स्कॅन कसं करायचा हे ही शिकावाव लागणार का ह्यांना? आणि म्हणे slow आहे स्वतः येत नाही हे बघा आहे. Slow आहे तर ठीक आहे pa पण १० सेकंद पण थांबू शकत नाही का?

Usually its the error from the travellers Phone brightness too low Touching the paper to the scanner, Reaching the gate and then searching for the ticket.
