It may be true that Mexicans work harder than blacks. Everyone works harder than blacks. Blacks are terribly lazy. Mexicans however, do subpar work and must be guided by White people to ensure quality of the work.

White people are better at the details, regulations etc. both combined is a good pairing, some Mexicans do have that attention to detail, but most have to be taught by a grandparent or someone. Mexicans just get shit done.
