"We don't mind having somebody get a boatload because they have to survive. If a country wants to send some oil into Cuba right now, I have no problem with it. It's not gonna have an impact. And whether or not they get a boat of oil, it's not gonna matter," he said, adding that this would not help Putin. Earlier, the New York Times sources reported that the US Coast Guard had allowed a Russian oil tanker, Anatoly Kolodkin, to reach Cuba. The vessel, carrying approximately 730,000 barrels of oil, is slated to arrive at the port of Matanzas on Tuesday.
