Gunfire Erupts at Florida Beach, Sending Spring Breakers Fleeing Wild scenes unfolded over the weekend in Daytona Beach, Florida, as gunshots forced thousands of spring break revelers to scatter from crowded beaches. Footage from hotel balconies captured screaming sunbathers running for cover after shots rang out, marking at least four separate shootings reported in the city since Friday. Authorities have not confirmed whether anyone was injured in the beachside incidents. Police said one shooting followed a fight at the Joint Bar near the beach strip on Friday, though no injuries were reported. Hours later, another person was shot outside a nearby Crunch Fitness. Two additional shootings occurred along the beach on Saturday. Investigators are working to determine whether the violence is directly linked to spring break festivities, as chaotic scenes persisted throughout the weekend. VIA: ONLY in DADE New York Post

Surprised myself with this one at the beach in Miami on Spring Break. Dips have never been a strong suit and didn't even do them when young. New goals by 50, two years from now: • Weight < 170 lbs • Bench - 225 for sets • 20 pullups and 20 dips
