Once saw a guy try to steal the tip jar from the cafe in our building. Little did he know that building was Department of Corrections HQ. Most of the people in the cafe were officers. Needless to say he didn’t make it very far.

They must have missed the tip jar thief from the recent "Hot to Catch a Dirtbag" episode.

I don't understand why businesses don't install a permanent tip jar that can't be removed or at least empty it every half hour. It makes it too easy for ppl to take just on the counter, make it impossible for them to remove.
