Michael Jackson plays the Piano in this Pepsi commercial The video started with adult Michael playing and singing to the song "I'll be there" Then young Michael appears at the door entrance and joins in the singing. The video ends with young Michael Jackson fading off. Which today is more painful to see, considering that both adult Michael and young Michael are no more with us 🕊️ . . . I appreciate you very much as you take time out of your busy schedules to honor our beloved Michael Jackson. Thank you very much.

Michael Jackson meets Princess Diana and Prince Charles (Now present King Charles III of England) When Lady Diana attended her first Michael Jackson concert, he had removed the song "Dirty Diana" from the list because he didn't want to be disrespectful towards her. After that, Diana called Michael and asked him to put that song back for the following concert she would attend because it was her absolute favourite track . Now, both Diana and Michael Jackson are dead, and they both are together in heaven. Making each other laugh up there May their souls rest in peace 🕊️ . . Michael Jackson made a shocking appearance in a 2006 award night, for the first time since the court pronounced him NOT GUILTY and dropped all cases about him. The noise in the arena was so loud that Michael Jackson's voice wasn't audible, despite him using a microphone. Michael Jackson joined the teenagers to sing the song "We are the world" He felt sooo happy seeing his fans again, as he threw his jacket to the crowd in excitement. This moment reminded him that despite the challenges he was facing, he still had a lottt of supporters and people who deeply respected and believed in him. Before this day, the last public stage appearance he made was in 2001 . . I appreciate you very much for taking your time to read, watch and remember Michael Jackson during this period 🫂 May his legacy continue to go higher. Thank you very much

When Daddy and Mum visited South Africa in 1966, they purposely flew over Robben Island at a low altitude and asked the pilot to wave his wings, knowing that Nelson Mandela and his band of brothers were below. Daddy never had the chance to meet Mandela because Mandela was imprisoned at the time. But decades later, when I stood in Cape Town for Mandela’s inauguration, Mandela told me that Daddy's visit to the University of Cape Town, where he gave his iconic "Ripple of Hope" speech, meant a great deal to the Anti-Apartheid Movement. In 1996, Mum returned to South Africa to commemorate the 30th anniversary of that historic trip, visiting university campuses, community organizations in Soweto and Crossroads, talking to business leaders, union officials, artists, members of the Mandela administration, Bishop Tutu and other faith leaders, and as many locals as she could reach. Then a call came from Mandela’s office inviting Mum to Johannesburg for an impromptu breakfast at his home. She always spoke of that morning with deep affection and admiration for Mandela’s resilience: a man once imprisoned, now South Africa’s first Black president. That's the video you're watching. On Nelson Mandela Day, I'm reflecting on Mandela’s extraordinary legacy and the courage and hope that continue to inspire people around the world to this day.

I don’t get nervous often, but when I was blessed with the chance to meet Nelson Mandela in 1996 - I was shaking! While touring with my team of former NBA players, President Mandela invited us down to play games and run free basketball clinics with giveaways in the villages of South Africa. I was, and still am, in awe of all of the peaceful work and leadership that President Mandela displayed in the face of adversity. He is a hero to me, and his legacy still carries strong throughout the world!

PBS asks Arab Barghouti, son of imprisoned Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti, why his father is referred to as the Palestinian Nelson Mandela. “I think this is very interesting because Nelson Mandela was called a terrorist, and my father as well. And if you go back to any struggle — in Algeria, in Ireland, in South Africa, in all the countries that were colonized and occupied you will find that their resistance, and their defending themselves against the occupier, is always called terrorism.”

KGALEMA MOTLANTHE The policy of making former presidents ex officio members of the NEC began with Mandela. A special resolution was adopted at the Mafikeng Conference in 1997 to retain his experience within the NEC. Cyril Ramaphosa was an absent as ANC SG between 1991 and 1997, as he was occupied with CODESA negotiations and later led the ANC working group during the development of SA’s Constitution. Cheryl Carolus was compelled to act as SG during this period. Mandela eventually stepped in to assist, recognising how overwhelming the responsibilities of the SG Office were. Mandela later asked me to make myself available for the SG position, having observed my work as General Secretary of the NUM. I continued briefing Mandela on ANC matters until 2008; I went to introduce Gwede to Mandela as the new SG & told him that my job is now done. Gwede will take over. Mbeki and Zuma did not do any of that. Zuma didnt want to talk to Mbeki. Instead he got angry that Mbeki was appealing a Nicholson judgment which said he interefered in NPA operations.

Michael Jackson was known to be a fan of Sega games during his lifetime, and he even directly participated in the development of two games: the arcade and Mega Drive versions of Moonwalker. Interestingly, the two games are actually quite different in terms of gameplay and style. However, they both feature the same unique elements, such as dancing with the enemies and transforming into a robot to attack them. Of course, you can also listen to Michael Jackson’s songs throughout both games and enjoy his iconic dance moves. In that sense, they are essentially games made for Michael Jackson fans, combining his music, dancing, and video games into one experience.

#MICHAEL is a film that was made by the Jackson estate to highlight the good of Michael Jackson and to stand up to the Legacy Media that dragged his name for decades. If the media and haters can say what they want without any consequences or even proof then why can’t his family tell you the real story of Michael Jackson? Despite the hate, the film is close to $250M worldwide. Jaafar Jackson was phenomenal, the musical sequences were so satisfying and I absolutely adored seeing this innocent and kind side to Michael. He did so much good and people were literally obsessed with his glorious music. Once labeled the King of Pop is STILL THE KING. 👑

When Michael Jackson visited Africa for the first time, he went to a village in Ivory Coast with no internet, yet they all knew him. Their king, who was a huge fan of Michael, even stepped down and crowned him king — a title they honored until his death 🤯
