This sounds like a high pitch voice person talking as low as they can. That’s not his true voice.

A lot of his later concerts were lipsynced. His higher range deepened as he got older. Also I've noticed after dancing or being very active the deeper voice would come out. Maybe breath control & pitch was harder to regulate at those times.
