Ya I really don't think the trade is as bad as everyone's saying. Look, we traded Chychrun last summer for Jensen. Obviously Chychrun is a better player and we shoudl've got more but Jensen fits better and was a big reason we made the playoffs.

Kesselring has a deadly shot, great speed, and length. Doan has a great net presence. Lots of characteristics that the Sabres are lacking.

People say the trade is bad. I think it’s a nice trade. We got a decent physical defenseman which is what we needed along with a forward.
